General Summary:

Talent Acquisition Sourcing Specialist is responsible for identifying and recruiting candidates with critical and/or specialized skills, and/or high-volume roles, to fill current and future vacancies. They build and maintain candidate databases.

Job Details

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Developing talent pools
    • Lead the creation and execution of multi-channel sourcing strategy to source candidates meeting role profile and/or building talent pool for current and future requirements.
    • Maintains social media and professional networks to interact with potential candidates.
    • Develops robust database for current and future hires for key positions.
    • Creates job postings in various sites and proactively sends recruitment emails to build extensive network.
  • Communicates electronically with potentially candidates through email campaigns (they will not be developing the email content and campaigns)
    • Effectively communicate position opportunity and company’s value proposition to all prospective candidates.
    • Build relationships and maintain regular communications with potential candidates
  • Works closely with HR, Talent, and Hiring teams to build out a sourcing strategy and execution plan for key roles.

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Strong experience in recruitment sourcing (Boolean search techniques, search strings) and online database searching techniques
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks for timely completion.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks for timely completion.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with candidates and employees of all levels.
  • Experience with MS office, excel and database systems such as iCIMS, CRM and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Experience direct recruiting passive talent.
  • Excellent collaboration and consensus building skills.
  • Track record of success in delivering on KPIs.

Qualifications

Work Expereince &/or Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1-2 years of sourcing/recruiting experience preferred.
