General Summary:

Provides comprehensive reporting and analytics support to drive data-informed decision-making. Responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting workforce data to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization.

Job Details

Duties & Responsibilites:

 

  • Develop and maintain standard and ad-hoc workforce reports and dashboards. Collaborate with HR and other business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver meaningful, timely insights. Adhere to maintaining confidentiality in any processes regarding HR data and ensure data integrity through audits and quality checks.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and emerging issues, supporting strategic and data-informed decision-making. Present data analysis to business leaders in a way that helps them understand the story the data is telling and that ensures the right questions are being asked.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments including Legal, Payroll, IT, and Supply Chain, as well as external counsel, to ensure compliance with required state and federal compliance reporting such as Federal EEO-1, distribution center tax incentive reporting, and CBL compliance reporting. Diligently seek to understand reporting requirements and partner with others as necessary to meet all deadlines.
  • Leverage tools such as Power BI and 1010 to streamline and automate manual processes. Learn new technology and data analysis techniques as needed to support growing business needs.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance HR processes and support business priorities, such as technology enhancements and upgrades, employee engagement surveys, and various other programs and initiatives. Leverage expertise to assist other teams in building and maintaining reports and dashboards for their needs.
  • Perform system administration tasks for reporting systems as necessary including security and access audits, file uploads, user support, and troubleshooting.

 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to diverse audiences
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and integrity
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus

Work Experience &/or Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Data Analysis, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in data analytics; background in HR or workforce reporting preferred
  • Experience working with HRIS and/or data warehouse platforms
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with data visualization platforms such as Power BI
