General Summary:
Supervise and oversee HR business processes with emphasis on continuous improvement in various aspects of operations, with a high emphasis on Leave and Employment processes. Responsible for the development, implementation and administration of programs/processes to ensure the optimum use of the company’s leave programs and various business processes while contributing to the overall business strategy. Recommends changes in methods or procedures to increase efficiency of the unit. Promptly and accurately responds to customers and promotes a feeling of trust and teamwork.
