General Summary:

This position is responsible for the management and support of HR service systems, including iCIMS (RMS), ServiceNow, case management, knowledge base, DGme (employee portal components) as well as other Human Resources-specific communication initiatives. Requires partnership with IT, marketing, corporate communications and other business partners to drive Human Resources initiatives.


Duties & Responsibilities:

HR System Management

  • Collaborates with all levels across the organization to identify needed improvements and enhancements to existing information services and databases; recommends and implements solutions
  • Uses analysis to identify and prioritize projects and maintain ownership through completion
  • Identifies and delegates to direct and non-direct reports who are best positioned to complete project tasks
  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the organization’s internal HR information services systems, which may include database management, network support, installation, customization, development, maintenance, troubleshooting, and upgrades to applications, systems, and modules
  • Manages system access to ensure confidentiality among user roles; documents decisions and communicates as appropriate
  • Compiles or assists with acquisition of data reports, summaries, and logs requested by senior executives and HR staff

System Development

  • Reviews, tests, and implements new processes, updates, and workflows
  • Identifies, installs, implements, modifies, and upgrades current functions of software and
    applications to meet changing business and technology needs
  • Serves as primary resource in relation to HR intranet setup and maintenance including
    efforts as it relates to implementation and training
  • Owner and subject matter expert for all intranet and HR case management administration
  • Identifies risks and opportunities and recommend changes to processes which improve the delivery of HR services to the organization




Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Ability to communicate effectively and utilize interpersonal and organizational skills to effectively perform multiple tasks and constantly changing priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience developing, coaching, delegating, and mobilizing direct reports and associates
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in identifying, analyzing, and solving business problems to improve work processes
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Thorough understanding of database construction

Work Experience &/or Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or closely related degree
  • Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration is preferred
  • Advanced skill in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Minimum 3-5 years of HRIS administration/programming experience
  • Involvement in designing, developing, and configuring applications using HR Information Systems is preferred
  • Experience in HR services and database tools such as ServiceNow, Lawson/Infor, iCIMS/RMS Software, and dashboarding tools is preferred
