Construction Project Managers (“PM”) provide construction management leadership for all New, Relocation, and Expansion projects for both Built-To-Suit (“BTS”) and Conventional/Tenant Build-Out development. Each PM is accountable for delivering the timely opening of approximately 50 projects annually within their assigned geographic territory both on budget and built to project quality specifications and standards.

Work Experience and/or Education:
Degree or certification in Construction Management, Administration, Engineering, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of construction project management experience is required. Retail leasehold improvement experience is a plus. Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office software is required and knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus.
