    Job Details

    • Tracks inventory cancellations in workflow. Logs recounts in workflow database.
    • Prepares inventory service invoices for payment. Reviews exceptions from inventory service invoices. Prepares and submits inventory service expense accruals. Processes journal entries as needed.
    • Answers basic “inventory day” questions from field management. Tracks daily inventory questions and develops FAQ’s.
    • Follows up on pre-inventory information. Processes piece-count estimates and submits to inventory service.
    • Assists in drafting physical inventory Instructions and other inventory related documentation.
    • Reviews outlier reports indicating problematic inventories. Maintains tote picture library and field tote information.

    Qualifications

    § Proficient in Microsoft word processing and spreadsheet applications; ability to utilize database application

    § Excellent analytical and quick-decision making skills

    § Strong attention to detail with highly organized, advanced office skills

    § Strong written and verbal communication skills

    § Ability to learn new processes quickly

    § Ability to multi-task while working in a fast-paced environment

    § Ability to resolve problems

     

    Work experience/Education:

    Associates degree or equivalent and one to two years relevant experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred. Three to four years relevant experience may be substituted for degree.
