Job Details

The Workforce Management Analyst supports store labor budgeting, scheduling and reporting; maintains databases; analyzes data; and responds to questions from field leadership related to budgets, schedules and operating statements.

 

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent support to field leadership when answering questions about labor budgets and operating statements, and making adjustments to plans based on analysis
  • Maintain routine field performance reporting
  • Maintain and create process guides, knowledge bases, and other support & training documentation
  • Assist with forecasting impact of new initiatives
  • Maintain labor standards in ATLAS (labor scheduling system)
  • Handle system configuration changes related to store labor budgeting & scheduling

 

Qualifications

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Proficiency with MS Excel; Access or SQL programming preferred
  • Proficiency with MS Word and PowerPoint
  • Work collaboratively within the team and with other departments
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to quickly learn new software applications and databases quickly.
  • Learn and understand store processes
  • Experience with budget preparation, labor analysis, or time studies preferred.

 

Work Experience and/or Education

 

College degree in business, marketing, logistics or other related field requiring analytics. Retail analytical or operations experience preferred.
