Responsible for leading a team in invoice processing, budget planning and forecasting, execution of national account service scope, and remodel analysis. Manages project closeout process to ensure all lease requirements for completion are met and information is passed to appropriate stakeholders. Serves as operations improvement and support leader for the construction operations and field teams. Executes departmental reporting, tracking, and analysis, including weekly communication, with all stakeholders.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, or management and at least five years of operations management related experience required (equivalent combination of education and experience may be substituted). Retail construction background with a focus in contract or lease negotiation required.
