The Store Operations Sr. Manager of Workforce Management is responsible for managing retail labor budgets and the employee scheduling system for over 14,500 stores. It is a high visibility 50% finance / 50% operations role requiring strong technical, analytical and communication skills.

Bachelor’s degree in business or other related field required, MBA preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a sr. financial analyst or financial manager role managing budgets and forecasts. Retail operations management and/or industrial engineering (for retail labor standards) a plus.
