Researches, disputes and negotiates electric, gas and water/sewer utility exception accounts, as well as the disconnection of utilities in closing or relocating stores. Serves as liaison for field personnel regarding all service connection issues. Conducts fact-finding and analysis and problem-resolution by using all available resources and tools including Internet websites, spreadsheet software and other on-line computer systems for existing stores in assigned area.

Work Experience and/or Education
High school or equivalent education and three years experience is required. Previous experience in the energy field preferred.
