This role will help improve the workforce by generating unique talent/business insights by extracting, modeling, and analyzing and reporting human capital metrics. This involves using technical expertise to integrate workforce data with business drivers and financial data. The individual must also be able to provide consultative support as well as communicate the data in a business relevant manner using various methods and technologies.

Strong report writing technical experience
Ability to manipulate data in spreadsheets
Advanced analytical skills
Experience with business intelligence and data visualization techniques/software

Strong attention to detail
Ability to extract, aggregate, normalize, and mine data sets for analysis
Work Experience &/or Education:
Minimum Bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience in an HR, Finance, or analytical related position.
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Computer Science, Business, Finance, Statistics, or related field preferred.
Advanced analytical, technology, and modeling required.
